  • 1) ABOUT THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Please read our terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) prior to making a purchase. These T&Cs apply across the site to all our products. You will be required to accept our T&Cs prior to making a purchase. We recommend you keep a copy of these for your reference. If these T&Cs change it will be mentioned on our website before you place an order.

  • 2) OUR CONTRACT

  • You can change your order up until the point you confirm your order with us. At this point we send you an email to confirm your order and its details with you. This is solely an acknowledgement email (Order Receipt). We cannot guarantee any changes you wish to make once it has been confirmed. We May then send you a second email to tell you that your order is now being processed (Order Processing). Please note that these two emails do not make a legal contract between the two parties and are a mere acknowledgement and acceptance of the order.

  • After the acceptance of your goods, legal contract will only be made between the two parties after our last email has been sent confirming what goods are dispatched along with what courier method was used followed with an appropriate tracking number for the order. At this moment we also have the right to cancel part of your order or complete order without giving any reason.

  • If you do wish to change your order after it has been confirmed and dispatched then we will need you to return the item as described in our returns policy. If there is a problem with your order or your order has been denied then we will send you an email to let you know.

  • 3) PRICES & PAYMENT

  • All prices are as displayed on the website and may change at any time. You will be able to see the price you are paying for each product before you confirm your order with us. Although we use a standard delivery method for all our posts, due to the number of items ordered there may occasionally be an extra postage charge that is incurred. If this is the case, we will contact you via email and request you to pay the difference before the items are dispatched, or alternatively cancel if the request is not to your satisfaction.

  • All information on the website is kept up to date ensuring accuracy. However, if for some reason there is an error in the prices, description or Pictures of the item, we will contact you prior to dispatching your item to ensure you are happy with the changes. We are not obliged to provide you goods where the price of an item has been posted in an error.

  • We accept a number of payment methods such as debit card, credit card, bank transfers, PayPal & Western Union (We do require 2 forms of ID). Your orders will only be dispatched once payment has been made in full.

  • 4) POSTAGE

  • If you have any queries regarding any products or pricing, please contact us before you place an order to resolve any issues as we cannot be held liable for any ordering errors. Please ensure you order the correct parts for your item as we may not be able to change any orders once the order has been shipped. The postage cost is non-refundable. Please ensure you clearly state your order number in any correspondence emails you send us to ensure that we can respond to you without any delays.

  • If there are any problems, please get in touch with our customer services assistant via email or telephone and they will be happy to assist you.

  • All our items are sent through a signed for service and hence someone must be available to collect the delivery. Our aim is to deliver all items next day; however this may not always be possible due to circumstances beyond our control.

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving payment from Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). No orders are processed over the weekend.

  • 4.1) OVERSEAS DELIVERY

  • Please make sure that your address is correct at point of ordering the goods, we cannot change any address after the order has been placed. We will only use DHL for overseas delivery as they are the most reliable and fast, however if there is a change in delivery method used you will be notified via an email. We aim to deliver goods in Western Europe within 1 working day, Eastern Europe within 1-3 working days and rest of the World may take up to 1-5 working days. Please note that given timescales should be used for reference purpose only. We will not be held responsible for any delays, customs issues, damaged goods, never received, lost in post or any other issues arising with delivery. We recommend you deal this issue with the courier company used for the delivery of goods. If you need insured package we recommend you give us a call or an email to see if we can purchase addition insurance otherwise you will only be eligible for insurance maximum offered by the delivery firm.

  • We do not ship to PO boxes so please make sure that your address is complete as we will not be held responsible for insufficient or incomplete addresses.

  • 4.2) REMOTE AREA / ISLAND

  • Please allow extra time for delivery if your address is a remote area or a remote island. For international orders you may look up DHL website to see which parts of the world fall under remote areas.

  • 4.3) TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE

  • We will send the tracking number in our dispatch email to you, however you may view this information at any time after logging into our account.

  • 5) CONTENTS OF YOUR PARCEL

  • We at QwikFone check each item twice before forwarding the package to our courier company. Every item packed is ticked of the invoice and added to the parcel. We will provide you with a paper copy of what was put inside the package.

  • 6) WARRANTY TERMS

  • We test each phone twice, once at the initial refurbished stage and once again at the posting stage. We will accept items back only if they match our IMEI list. You can read our returns policy for detailed information on the warranty.

  • We will also not accept items which are as follow:

  • Items that are broken

  • Items that show signs of wear and tear damaging the product.

  • Items that are being returned to us out of our warranty terms in days.

  • 7) CUSTOMER RIGHTS

  • The customer who buys the items is responsible for all the terms mentioned below. Prices are in GBP and EUR and are excluding taxes (VAT). If a package is delayed we recommend you inform us (Qwikfone.com) or the Courier Company in question immediately asking for the reasons of delay. We at no cost will be liable if the package is shipped back to us, damaged or held/confiscated by customs in your country. We strongly recommend you to check with your local authorities for specific custom laws. We will not be held responsible for goods that have been tried to be delivered by courier several times, but you were absent therefore not able to collect the package. Our responsibility is complete after dispatching your order, however we will do our best to help you if any sort of paperwork is needed from our side.
